Leverage Browsing Cache of website makes different parts of your website to store themselves for a specific time in cache of user.
So that next time when same user visits your website.

There is always a text to HTML ratio in which if your HTML is far larger than text. It will cause more time to load that page.
Enabling Gzip Compression Causes compression of HTML to make your page load faster.
Submit your settings to get updated.
Obviously as same if HTML is larger than Text it causes slow loading of page.

Getting your CSS inline is also going to be fulfilled using WP Fastest Cache Plugin.

Please submit your settings so that you can get updated on your Page Speed Tool.
After minifying CSS you have to design it in a way that all the same looking designs must be grouped up.
Same if you are not a developer or not in mood of doing it manually also if you are using WordPress you can Inline CSS using Plugins.
Enable Keep Alive
This is server side error, If you server is not keeping your website alive all time then this error occures.

Or you can transfer your website to eWebHoster because they provide best services for hosting in cheap rates also they care for your website page speed.
If your website pages are redirecting to other sources then it may be bad thing for a new website to get indexed properly and also cause slower page loading.
As (meta) codes of redirecting are harder to load for all browsers.
To increase page speed Please remove all the redirection from your page to get this error cleared.
HTML to text ratio is always effective on page speed and indexing of page.
It causes problems even in indexation when bot comes to your website to render.
If you are having this error it is highly recommended to get rid of this error other wise your website will not be properly indexed also will cause lags in loading pages.
Avoid Landing Pages Redirects:
This error arrives when landing page is having redirects on it or any part of landing page is redirecting to another source. Keep your landing page clean and avoid redirects un-till and unless you get your desired position on google page. After that it is ok to redirect your part of website for better UX.
If your landing page is redirecting or parts of your landing page are redirecting to other sources then this may definitely cause a new website to load slower and also indexation problems.
Redirection is not a bad thing even it is good in some scenarios according to SEO. But for new website it is not more than a drug.
To Increase Page speed Please remove your all redirects unless you get your desired position on Google and other search Engines. Then you may redirect your pages.
